Throughout the year, CEME Group recruits a diverse group of young graduates, ranging from work-study students to engineers, in the fields of electricity, maintenance, automation, air conditioning, heating and plumbing.
Policy benefiting apprentices
CEME Group has an apprenticeship policy active throughout the year. Every year, this involves about 70 young people aged 16 to 26 at all levels, from holders of certificates of vocational aptitude (CAP) to engineers. It enables these young people to acquire degrees with professional experience in one of many professions, with apprenticeship or vocational training contracts. In 2015, 90 percent of our work-study students passed their final exams, and, among them, more than 60% were recruited. End-of-study internships are also a good way for work-study students to join our company.
